To ensure we continue to offer excellent service and facilities, we’ve put together some answers to your frequently asked questions (FAQs) to assist you when you visit. If you have a question that hasn’t been answered here or within our service pages, please don’t hesitate to call or email us for an answer – we’re always here to help!

Café FAQs

Can I bring food and drink in for myself and/or my children?

Jungle Buddies has a strict “No Outside Food Policy” for two very important reasons:

  1. Hygiene and Food Safety: In order to provide the cleanest environment for you and your family, Jungle Buddies need to know what is in our facility at all times. This minimises outside germs coming in and cross-contamination of any food.
  1. Food Allergies: By knowing what consumable items are in our facility at all times, Jungle Buddies can minimise risks to those families that have severe food allergies. While Jungle Buddies do carry some nut-based products, Jungle Buddies do not sell peanut-based items.
I have a baby whom I wish to feed when I'm there, is that ok?

Jungle Buddies is a family-friendly environment however due to our strict “No Outside Food Policy”, puree is the only baby food accepted within the venue.

If you are bottle feeding, please see our Café Team who will be happy to assist you with warming.

I have severe food allergies, does Jungle Buddies menu cater to those with intolerances?

While Jungle Buddies will endeavour to accommodate special requests due to food allergies or intolerances, Jungle Buddies cannot guarantee completely allergy free meals. This is due to the potential trace of allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients.

My child has severe food allergies - am I allowed to bring in alternative food?

If your child suffers from severe food allergies, please raise this with Management on arrival and Jungle Buddies will grant permission on a case by case basis.

The team will be happy to make some adjustments for any severe allergies. We do request that any siblings still honour the “No Outside Food Policy”, as we are making these special food considerations due to the nature of your child’s extreme food allergy.

You have nuts on the menu. What about nut allergies?

Jungle Buddies do carry some nut-based products however we do not sell peanut-based items. However, if you’re unsure please ask our Café Team when ordering and they will confirm with you.

Party FAQs

Can I bring my own host/entertainer?

Jungle Buddies provide an all-inclusive party package including food and entertainment – so you don’t need to bring a thing.

We understand all families like to bring in a special birthday cake for the little ones which is why Jungle Buddies do not supply or sell any birthday cakes.

To ensure the safety of all children in the venue, all of our party hosts are covered by our insurances and have cleared Working with Children Check.

How do I make a booking?

Call 1300 883 819 and speak to Jessica, our Party and Events Coordinator.

What's the maximum number of children I can invite?

Jungle Buddies suggest the following party package according to the number of guests you have:

Floor Party – most suitable for 0 – 10 guests
Standard Party – most suitable for 10 – 25 guests
Private Event Hire – most suitable for 25+ guests (this option also accommodates for a large number of adult guests)

What if children I've invited are unable to attend at the last minute? Do you issue refunds?

Jungle Buddies do not issue refunds.

When are you open?

Jungle Buddies are open Tuesday - Sunday during School Terms.

Friday - 9:00am - 6:30pm
Saturday & Sunday - 9.30am-5.00pm

During school holidays Jungle Buddies are open Monday - Sunday.

Do you have parking?

Yes. Jungle Buddies have two levels of underground parking with direct lift access to the centre (from B1 & B2).

Do you have disability access?

Jungle Buddies has disabled parking available at the front of the building with a ramp access to the lift. We have disabled toilet facilities within the centre.

Is it easy to bring my pram?

Yes. Jungle Buddies have convenient underground parking with direct lift access.

I forgot socks for myself and my children, do you provide them?

Jungle Buddies have socks available for purchase at $3.50 each.

In order to provide the cleanest and most hygienic environment for you and your family, it is a condition of entry that all children and adults using the play equipment wear socks.

Do you have nappy changing facilities?

Jungle Buddies provide two nappy changing areas. Located in the ladies’ and disabled toilet.

What if I need to leave the centre but would like to return the same day? Do I have to pay another entry fee?

No, the entry fee is valid for the whole day. Please ensure you keep your receipt to show on your return.
